The Seller Experience LATAM team is building a team to accelerate new selection acquisition through Outbound channel. You will create and manage a team of associates working to increase marketplace selection. The person will lead a team of Listing specialists in a high-volume for Brazil.
This is an exciting role as the person will build the processes and this new whole team. Your success will be measured by building a results-driven team that attains activity-based metrics and qualifies new business leads to meet seller acquisition goals. To ensure the team's success you will build dashboards to monitor activities and pipeline; monitor calls and other engagement channels to improve conversion and response times; identify training opportunities; make recommendations that include business insights and process improvements among other initiatives.
Your success is measured by building a results-driven team that attains activity-based metrics and qualifies new business to meet new seller launch goals.
Key job responsibilities
- Manage team to attain daily activity metrics of qualified offer creation
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge and understanding of existing and developing processes and products for Listing
- Train team on prospecting skills. Develop the team into sales-ready candidates for future sales development positions
- Understand seller business issues and how these issues can be solved with 3P products and services
- Represent your business in weekly and monthly business reviews
- Run experimentation to learn and improve results.

Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of cross functional project delivery experience
- 2+ years of managing a large-scale operation with managing front line supervisors experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience developing and implementing new strategies and procedures
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of SQL and VBA
- Experience implementing change management successfully transitioning programs into large-scale operations
