Listing Process Specialist, Seller Experience LATAM
We're seeking a strategic and results-driven Listing Process Specialist to join the Seller Experience Latam. This role combines process design expertise with business acumen to streamline our seller listing experience and drive marketplace growth.



Key job responsibilities
- Design and implement efficient listing processes to increase quality offer selection
- Create and maintain standardized operational procedures for listing agents
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Operations, Compliance) to implement process improvements
- Own and analyze key performance metrics, translating process efficiency into measurable business impact
- Develop and maintain tracking mechanisms for continuous process optimization
- Lead stakeholder management and communication across multiple teams

A day in the life
In the role, the Process Specialist will be expected to design, assist in implementation and track efficiency of the Listing Hub processes in BR. They will also drive programmatic short term solutions, while working with program team on long term plans for fixes and improvements.
