Nelson Mullins law firm is looking to add a Litigation Associate to its team in the San Diego office. This is a unique opportunity to join an expanding practice that offers a range of litigation services to clients in a variety of industries.
A Day in the LifeYou’ll be joining an outgoing and fast paced team that handles all aspects of litigation. Many of the attorneys have worked in-house for major motor vehicle manufacturers and they draw on the resources of the Firm to provide national and international clients counsel in consumer protection and products liability. San Diego attorneys provide counsel to manufacturers across the nation facing single-plaintiff claims or mass action litigation. They serve as national coordinating counsel in state and federal courts in matters involving medical devices, pharmaceuticals, automobiles, industrial machinery, and construction equipment, among other products. The California-based attorneys also represent auto manufacturers in consumer fraud cases.

We Know YouYou have at least four years of meaningful experience in litigation matters, including products liability and/or breach of warranty, in a mid-size or large law firm setting. You’re prepared to draft and argue discovery and other motions, take and defend depositions, manage document productions, and bring an entrepreneurial spirit to a growing practice area spread across multiple offices. You possess exceptional oral and written advocacy skills with strong academic credentials. You want to learn how to try cases. You are adept in case management, ready to take the lead, and are admitted to and in good standing with the California Bar
Pursuant to the salary transparency provisions of the Pay Transparency for Pay Equity Act, please find the compensation range specific to this role if based in the state California:
San Diego, California pay range for this role, with final offer amount depending on experience is $185,000 - $225,000.
