Nelson Mullins is seeking a Litigation Associate to join its Boston office. The ideal candidate has at least two years’ experience in litigation.

Our Boston office is located at One Financial Center, right across the street from South Station, in the city’s Financial District. You have two to four years of meaningful litigation experience in a mid-size to large law firm setting. Your background includes drafting and arguing motions and taking and defending depositions. Experience in the area of class action defense, financial services, and/or bad faith insurance litigation is a plus but not a requirement.  You possess exceptional oral and written advocacy skills with strong academic credentials. You are adept in case management, and are ready to take the lead. You are admitted to the Massachusetts Bar.
