Description We are collaborating with a reputable mid-sized law firm in the Twin Cities Metro area to find a talented Litigation Associate. This well-regarded firm is known for its client-centered approach and innovative work culture. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of litigation experience, a strong academic track record, and a proven ability to handle legal research, case management, and negotiations effectively.

Key Responsibilities: Analyze and manage litigation matters from start to finish, ensuring high-quality representation. Prepare, draft, and review legal documents, filings, and correspondence. Conduct in-depth legal research using all available tools and resources. Provide strategic and thoughtful legal guidance tailored to each client’s needs. Negotiate on behalf of clients to secure the best possible outcomes. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by regularly communicating updates and progress. Participate in marketing and business development activities to support the firm's growth. Adhere to all ethical obligations in accordance with state rules of detail oriented conduct. Requirements Qualifications: 1-3 years of relevant litigation experience, preferably within a law firm setting. Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school with active bar membership. Familiarity with software like Microsoft Office and document management tools, such as iManage, is an advantage. Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational abilities.
