Description We are offering an exciting opportunity with a suburban law firm in the Minneapolis Metro Area. We are seeking a Litigation Associate with 3-5 years of civil litigation experience. This role involves managing legal procedures, handling case management software, and briefing documents. Responsibilities: • Managing legal procedures with a focus on civil litigation • Utilizing case management software to track and manage cases effectively • Preparing and briefing documents to ensure they are ready for review • Conducting depositions to gather necessary information and evidence • Handling motion practice as part of the litigation process • Ensuring all client and case details are accurately recorded and updated • Resolving client inquiries promptly and professionally • Monitoring client accounts and initiating appropriate actions when needed • Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth case progression Requirements • Possess a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. • Must be admitted to practice law in Minnesota. • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal team, with a focus on litigation. • Excellent research skills with the ability to analyze complex legal documents.
