Litigation Associate Attorney

Note: This position requires employees to be on-site five days a week at the Charleston, SC office.

Job Description:

Handle litigation cases, with a focus on construction and complex litigation matters Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare discovery materials Assist with trial preparation and represent clients in court hearings Communicate regularly with clients to provide legal updates and case progress Collaborate with the litigation team to develop case strategies and negotiate settlements

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree 2-3 years of litigation experience, preferably in construction and complex litigation Admission to the South Carolina State Bar required Strong research, writing, and analytical skills Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

Pay: $190,000.00 - $340,000.00 per year
