A reputable regional law firm seeks a litigation associate with 3+ years of insurance defense/medical malpractice experience to join their busy team in Tampa. The ideal candidate will have experience preparing pleadings, discovery/responses, motions, and other litigation documents; performing research; preparing timely reports to insurance carriers and clients regarding case status and ongoing activities; and attending depositions, mediations, and hearings. Will handle civil litigation cases in state and federal court. Florida Bar admission is required. The firm offers a collaborative work environment, excellent mentorship, and benefits.
