What You Need for this Position-at least 3 years of experience in litigation - experience with Construction litigation is a plus
-ability to prosecute and defend cases from inception to conclusion, including conducting depositions
-strong academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law school
- strong writing and analytical skills What's In It for You-Base range of $190K to $200K DOE
