Summary

DLA Piper is seeking an Attorney to join its Litigation group. This position is not on the partnership track and is open to our Short Hills office.

Education

JD

Bar Admission

New Jersey admission is required.

Experience

4-5 years of commercial litigation and product liability experience.

Experience appearing in state and federal courts.

Previous state court or federal clerkship experience is a plus.

General & Essential Job Expectations

Physical Demands, Work Environment, and Other Requirements

Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.

Hybrid with some in-office expectations or remote (as appropriate)
