The Litigation Counsel will be responsible for managing and directing a wide variety of commercial and business litigation. This position will be responsible for development and execution, in concert with outside counsel, of case strategy, motions, briefs, appeals, and public messaging of case related issues.
This position is responsible for selection and management of outside counsel, expert witnesses, and trial consultants, and will interact with senior legal management and business leaders. The successful candidate will provide business partners with ongoing advice regarding litigation strategy and tactics, including status of cases, analysis, risk exposure, choice of outside counsel, reputational issues, precedential impact and other considerations.
This position will oversee litigation related to iconic brands, including Campbell’s, Snyder’s of Hanover, Lance, Cape Cod, Kettle Chips, Late July, V8, Pepperidge Farm, Goldfish, Swanson, Prego, Pace, Rao’s, and Michael Angelo’s.
The position will be based in Campbell’s World Headquarters in Camden, New Jersey, and this individual will be a member of the Campbell’s Legal Department. The successful candidate must be able to work effectively with numerous clients in a cross-functional, team-oriented environment.

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between
$171,200-$246,100Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
