The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors including skills, experience, education, certifications and location. The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role. Some roles at Liberty Mutual have a corresponding compensation plan which may include commission and/or bonus earnings at rates that vary based on multiple factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.

Description

Works collaboratively with, and provides support to, the Home Office Centralized Subpoena Unit paralegals by providing deadline-driven administrative support for high volume non-party service of process. With attention to detail and consistent follow-through; triage requests, notify relevant parties, ensure appropriate document processing and respond to inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders.  Additional tasks include internal and external-facing mailbox management, accounts receivable reconciliations and other administrative duties.

 

NOTE: Compensation for this role is dependent on experience and geographical location of candidate.

**This role supports Liberty's Centralized Subpoena Unit.

 

Qualifications:

Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment. Dependability, attention to detail, and ability to follow/interpret procedures.Effective interpersonal, communication and customer service skills required to help resolve routine problems, answer general questions and know when to escalate more complex issues. Working knowledge of standard office equipment and Microsoft Office (particularly Outlook, Sharepoint, Word, Excel), Adobe, Google Chrome.Relevant legal terminology; knowledge of legal pleadings, notices and non-party subpoenas preferred.High school diploma (or equivalent) and 0 to 2 years of relevant customer service and/or administrative experience.
