Beacon Hill's client, a law firm known for providing tailored legal services to small and mid-sized businesses as well as large corporations, is seeking an experienced litigation paralegal. The firm offers support across a variety of practice areas, with a heavy emphasis on its Aviation group, airline defense, and Trusts & Estates litigation. It is also a majority woman-owned firm with a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion in the legal profession.

Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) - Seattle, WA 98101Start: ASAPDuration: Open-ended with potential for direct hireSchedule: Monday to Friday, 7:45 AM - 5:30 PM (flexible to 8 AM - 5 PM); 40-hour work weekHourly pay: $44/hour - $56/hour, depending on experience

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required4+ years of experience as a litigation paralegaleDiscovery experience is a plusSubstantive knowledge of legal terminology and court rules and proceduresProficiency in MS Office applications and Adobe AcrobatProficiency using document review softwareStrong research, writing, and analytical skillsStrong attention to detail and high level of accuracyCollaborative work style with strong interpersonal skillsExcellent written and oral communication skillsExcellent organizational and project management skillsAbility to work independently in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Responsibilities:

Assist attorneys with drafting and review of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requestsCommunicate with clients, advisors, opposing counsel, and other involved partiesManage the collection, production, and review of high-volume discoveryConduct legal and factual researchSummarize depositions, trial transcripts, and other legal documentsProvide onsite support at trials and hearingsPrepare exhibits and trial notebooksTrack and manage multiple deadlinesOrganize case files and maintain client recordsCoordinate filings in all levels of federal and state courts and administrative agencies LT1413781_1744064646 To Apply for this Job Click Here
