Job Description

Brook Street Recruitment is working with our Belfast city centre client to recruit a full time and permanent Legal Litigation Secretary


Responsibilities

All forms of typing / audio typing - letters, faxes, memos, emails, documents,Preparation of court documents and briefsPreparation of documents and filing of statutory returnsDealing telephone calls and messagesSending and receiving e-mail messagesMaking appointments, keeping records and contacts up to dateFiling, faxing and photocopying duties, keeping records up to date


Criteria

Essential - Must have at least 2 years experience in a Legal Litigation role - NOT PARALEGALEffective time management skillsMeticulous with good attention to detailExceptional organisational skillsDiary management experienceGood communication skills written and verbalExcellent telephone manner


Salary will be Circa 26k per annum
