As a Litigation Attorney here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in providing strategic legal advice and support in the areas of litigation, claims, and alternative dispute resolution. You will be responsible for managing and resolving legal disputes and litigation, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and protecting the company's interests. Your expertise in corporate law and litigation will be instrumental in driving successful outcomes for Honeywell.
You will have the opportunity to work in our Litigation Center of Excellence (COE) located in Charlotte, NC. The Litigation COE is responsible for handling all global litigation and arbitration matters for Honeywell, including commercial product liability litigation.
\nYou will report directly to our General Counsel, Global Litigation, and you'll work out of our Charlotte, NC headquarters on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the company by effectively managing legal disputes, claims, investigations, and litigation, mitigating risks, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. Your contributions will have a direct impact on the success of our legal strategy and functional initiatives.
