Litigation Solicitor We are seeking an experienced Disputes Lawyer to join a dynamic team in Staffordshire. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled legal professional to work across a variety of areas including property litigation, general disputes, shareholder issues, and contentious probate. Key Responsibilities: * Handle a diverse caseload encompassing property disputes, shareholder disputes, and contentious probate matters. * Provide strategic legal advice and support to clients in complex dispute resolutions. * Develop strong relationships with internal clients, as a significant portion of our dispute work comes from internal referrals. * Collaborate with the wider team to deliver exceptional client outcomes. Ideal Candidate: * 8+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in dispute resolution. * Strong background in property litigation, general disputes, shareholder issues, and contentious probate. * Ability to build relationships and network with internal clients. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
