Litigation Support Specialist
**Job Summary:** A Litigation Support Specialist uses technology to support an organization's litigation efforts. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining litigation databases, and assisting in the preparation of documents or exhibits for trial. **Key Responsibilities:** + Design, implement, and maintain litigation databases. + Manage the technical aspects of document organization and control + Train end users in database use and document management. + Assist in the preparation of documents or exhibits for trial. + Maintain and update calendars, including docketing for all active cases. + Organize documents, including exhibits and witness lists, and prepare trial binders. + Serve as a liaison between attorneys, clients, opposing counsel, and courtroom personnel. + Manage organization and retention of essential case records and create case notebooks. **Requirements:** + Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. + 2-4 years of related experience. + Strong knowledge of litigation support software and document management systems. + Excellent organizational and analytical skills. + Ability to work independently and under time constraints. + Effective communication and teamwork skills.
