Your day to day as a Live ATM Banker\n
As a Part-Time Live ATM Banker at Mercantile Bank, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service by addressing customer banking needs through the Live ATM platform. Your responsibilities will include verifying customer information, processing various transactions, promoting Mercantile products, and ensuring compliance with security protocols. Collaborating with the retail banking team, you will enhance service quality and sales opportunities while building lasting customer relationships in a virtual setting. With a focus on resolving complex issues, educating customers on Live ATM functionalities, and staying updated on financial products, you will contribute to a seamless banking experience.\n

What we're looking for in a Live ATM Banker\n
To excel as a Part-Time Live ATM Banker at Mercantile Bank, you must possess strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers in a virtual setting. Your ability to stay organized, pay attention to detail, and manage time efficiently will be crucial in processing transactions accurately and meeting deadlines. With one to three years of experience in customer service, call center operations, or the financial industry, you will bring valuable insights into the role.\n
Demonstrating exceptional interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and delivering top-notch service. Your adaptability and problem-solving abilities will be essential in resolving customer inquiries and ensuring a positive banking experience.\n
Schedule\n
3 days per week 11am-6pm and every other Saturday from 9am-1pm. You'll be expected to be in-office for the first few months while you're learning the features of the various systems and problem solving the needs of customers. After you're comfortable with the systems, processes, and Mercantile products and services you will have the opportunity to work from home 2-3 days per week if you wish. You must be able to come into the office at least once a week.\n
