Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, or related field\nMinimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a digital support role\nExcellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail\nProven ability to multitask and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously\nExperience with CRM systems and chat support platforms\nType speed of at least 60 WPM with high accuracy\nStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilities\nCandidates should be proficient in one or more of the following:\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite \nExperience with Zendesk, Intercom, or similar customer service platforms\nExperience with team collaboration tools (Slack, Microsoft Teams)\nFamiliarity with help desk ticketing systems \nExperience with keyword research and analysis \nBasic understanding of API integrations \nKnowledge of data privacy and security best practices\nFamiliarity with chatbot technology and AI-assisted customer service tools (preferred)\nWhat to expect...\n
Schedule:\nMajority of our clients are within US business hours from Monday to Friday but some may have unusual business hours. Opportunities maybe full-time or part-time.\nCompensation:\nRate starts at $5 per hour\nPayment is made via Deel\nEquipment:Candidate must have the following WFH Set-Up:\nComputer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.\nInternet speed of at least 40MBPS\nHeadset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam\nBack-up computer and internet connection\nQuiet, dedicated workspace at home\n\n
