QualificationsMust have good interpersonal skillsMust be able to effectively communicate in English, which includes reading and writing legiblyMust have a valid driver’s license and driving record must conform to Foster Farms GuidelinesMust be able to work safely and help maintain a safe work environmentMust be able to work with minimal supervision and be self motivatedMust be able to operate forklift and have FF Safety LicenseMust be able to continuously be on feet throughout the shiftMust be able to climb in and out of trucks continually throughout the shiftMust be able to push, pull and lift up to 50 pounds.
