Job Summary:   

A distinguished family, based in Dubai, are seeking an experienced Private Chef now they are settled in their newly build home. The family enjoys dining at high-end restaurants on occasion but prefers wholesome, home-cooked meals for day-to-day dining. They have eclectic tastes and appreciate a variety of cuisines. This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef who enjoys a relaxed setting with a passion for good food.

Job specification: 

Plan and prepare daily meals tailored to the family’s preferences, with an emphasis on homely, nutritious, and flavourful dishes. Incorporate a variety of international cuisines Source the best fresh, seasonal, and high-quality ingredients, maintaining a well-stocked kitchen. Adapt to dietary preferences (No Pork or Alcohol) or restrictions while ensuring balanced meals Work discreetly and collaboratively with other household staff to maintain seamless service. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and food safety You may be requested to travel with the family to their home in the UK or potentially on trips to Europe.

Candidate specification:

Proven experience as a Private Chef in a HNW household, with a modest, family-friendly approach. Ability to prepare high-quality, homely meals with an emphasis on freshness and nutrition. Strong knowledge of a broad international repertoire. Openness to learning Middle Eastern cuisine is an advantage Flexible and adaptable, capable of handling casual family meals as well as refined dining. A discreet, professional, and respectful demeanour, valuing privacy and household dynamics. Looking for a long term commitment Flexible to travel with the family if required
