Live in Couple Job in Jersey

This is fantastic opportunity to work for a lovely family who are moving to Jersey and looking to employ a Domestic Couple (Housekeeper & Groundsman) to take care of what will be their main residence. They Couple have 2 young children and 4 dogs. Nannies and a PA are also employed with another Housekeeper to be employed in the future when the renovation on the main house has finished.

The Estate is undergoing a large renovation project and the main house will consist of 8 bedrooms. Currently the family are residing in a temporary 4,000 sq 4 bedroom house. The Estate lies within 40 acres of land, including a swimming pool, paddocks, stables and woodland.

The ideal couple would be proactive, self-starters, flexible, child and pet friendly and able to take initiative.

Keeping the house clean and tidy (dusting, hoovering, mopping, tidying) Laundry and ironing Wardrobe management Running errands and shopping Occasional cooking Occasional childcare such as babysitting Dog care Driving duties Groundsman duties such as lawn mowing, hedge trimming etc Woodland management Land management Swimming pool maintenance Liaising with contractors Driving duties Handyman duties Security

Start: April / May

Accommodation: brand new separate 2 bedroom 700/800 sq apartment above the garages Pets will be considered. 

Working week: Monday to Friday: 9am – 5pm with occasional weekend work

Driving: Yes, essential both can drive. Staff car will be provided for work purposes

Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 gpa, depending on experience
