Super Gardener/All-rounder role working on a beautiful working farm. Separate 1 bedroom cottage available.

Job Summary:

A busy family are looking for a friendly, experienced, and proactive Gardener/all-rounder to join them on their country farm in Surrey. You will be required to work Thursday to Monday working up to 50 hours per week. This is a relaxed, yet semi- formal household, that requires a switched-on candidate, who are organised and manage their own time efficiently. Must love dogs.

Duties:

Gardening for large garden, including use of ride on lawnmower Care of courtyards and surrounding areas to the main house Interior and exterior maintenance DIY Chauffeuring duties, as and when required Care of the family vehicles, to include cleaning and servicing schedules Pet sitting when the family travel Security of the property Helping at parties and with any heavier work Running local errands

Candidate requirements

The ideal candidate will be responsible, able to look after the property/grounds and able to work as part of a team Previous experience in a similar role is essential Must be extremely capable with machines, DIY and experienced in using ride on lawnmowers. Must have experience of maintaining a large garden Helpful, organised, have a good work ethic, and with good communication skills Essential that you are a confident driver. With a full clean driving license Non-smoker 5 years’ contactable references

Accommodation

You will be provided with a lovely 1-bedroom cottage (furnished/unfurnished) which is separate from the main house. Partners and pets considered on a case by case basis
