Live in Head Gardener Job, South East 

We have a great position for a pro-active and experienced Head Gardener to take care of all aspects of running a beautiful 60 acre country estate in a rural location in the home counties.

The ideal candidate will be a knowledgeable and passionate gardener,  have a strong horticultural background, alongside managerial experience within a similar role. You will have a daily assistant gardeners and contractors to oversee. This is a very hands on role.

Responsibilities to include;

Deal with the day to day running of the estate 

Overseeing the flower Garden and green house Ensure well manicured Lawns Woodland Management and Paddocks  Swimming Pool and Tennis Court Maintenance Garden Maintenance Use and Maintenance of garden machinery General interior and exterior DIY - useful Deal with contractors  Care of the dogs if/when required

Start date: As soon as possible 

Working Week; 5 Days

Accommodation; A small 2 Bedroom Cottage with private garden (A small dog might be considered, no cats)

Salary; Negotiable for the right candidate, (within Market Rate)

Driving: Must hold a full UK driving licence
