Job Summary:
I am working on behalf of a UHNW family based in Doha, who are looking for a highly skilled All-rounder/Governess to assist in the care of their 2 & 4-year-old children.
This is a fully staffed household, and the successful candidate will be expected to collaborate effectively with the team while overseeing the current nannies and household staff.
The ideal candidate will possess a managerial background, preferably in a nursery or teaching environment, with strong leadership and organizational skills.
Job specification:
All nanny & governess duties Overseeing the daily running of the household staff (housekeepers & nannies) Educating children to a high standard Accompanying the family overseas Managing the children’s meals and dietary requirements (the family have in-house chefs) Wardrobe management Managing the child’s diary & schedules
Candidate specification:
Experience in a similar role Background in teaching or nursery management Strong and confident swimmer Confident in all areas of childcare Fit and active, who enjoys a healthy lifestyle Compassionate, loving and warm natured DBS issued in the last year OR on the update service Valid paediatric first aid
Accommodation: In-house bedroom with en-suite
DBS check required at offer stage & and a current First Aid Certificate
