Amazing Live in Housekeeper role in Chelsea with great accommodation-January start but interviewing now!

Wonderful family with 2 older school aged children who are based in Chelsea are looking for a Live in Housekeeper to look after them and their beautiful newly renovated 5 bed home. The role is running the house , hands on Housekeeping and family cooking. The children are older and independent so childcare is limited to occasional babysitting and keeping an eye on them if mum and dad are out. The family also have  2 small friendly dogs who will need walking as well – so you need to be animal friendly.  No travel required with this position.

Mum and dad have busy work schedules ( Mum works part time) and we need someone who is totally reliable , who will become an integral support for them. They are great employer’s- Their last helper has been with the family for 15 years- they are looking for someone for the long term!.

 

Accommodation: Basement Flat with Own bedroom/ Bathroom and separate entrance. Use of family kitchen and basement apartment kitchen.

General duties:

Cooking for the family ( Family style evening meals generally) Running the household and keeping everyone organised Hands on housekeeping Keeping house tidy and organised Helping with the family dogs Hoovering and dusting family Laundry and ironing and care of delicates Dealing with contractors and tradespeople. Shopping and local errands, dry cleaners /post office

 

Candidate requirements:

Pet friendly – happy to work with and walk dogs. Driver would be a bonus but not essential. Experience with high end clothing and wardrobe management Must be child friendly and enjoy being around children Have a pro-active attitude A friendly and relaxed person will fit in well with their family

DBS check required at offer stage & and a current First Aid Certificate
