Live in Nanny Job, Battersea, Flexible start

A returning client of Greycoat Lumleys is looking for a Live in Nanny to care for their two children aged 3 and 9 years old. The youngest child is going to nursery every day for half the day. There is an older child as well who is very self-sufficient and will go to university in a couple of years.

Mum is busy but around. A team player is essential in this fully staffed household.

The family is looking for someone happy, cheerful, and honest, who will genuinely like being with the children. Someone energetic and responsible, with a muck-in attitude, will be ideal. It is also very important that the Nanny enjoys travelling with the family as they travel every school holiday. They have a house in the countryside and another in the USA.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience with similar-aged children is essential, as well as an up to date first aid certificate and DBS.

Duties:

All nursery duties School / nursery drop offs and pickups Helping with homework Doing the children’s laundry Cooking for the children Organizing age-appropriate activities Bathtime and bedtime

Salary: £40,000 to £50,000 GPA (DOE)
Days: Tuesday to Saturday ideally
Hours: 7am to 8pm with two hours of break during the day
Driving: bonus but not essential
Travel: yes
Accommodation: private room in mews house near the family home (the driver will stay over twice a week as well)
Language: English essential; German or Spanish bonus
Pets: two cockapoos
