The Live Supply Planner is primarily responsible for the collection, organization, management, and analyses of data needed to develop and execute supply chain and production strategies. This position has a key focus on forecasting of supply, optimizing inventory and production plans, assessing future capacity requirements, and synchronizing supply with demand while maintaining the least possible cost

Consolidate actual cycle production volume and efficiencies of flocks per breed and facility to benchmark the potential production capability of GP, PS, Broiler and Layer farms Align long-range sales requirement plan with potential production capability of GP, PS and Layer farms to determine schedule of GP and PS purchases Prepare long-range poultry and livestock volume, target efficiency and facility capacity through close collaboration with Live Supply Planning Manager, Live Operations Managers, Operations Planning and Sales to determine needed growth per production centers Assist the Operations Managers in the periodic evaluation of breeding payment scheme through sensitivity analyses Assist Business Planning in industry reading reports and analyses by translating available poultry importation data to production supply (per Integrator) to generate competitive intelligence reports as support to planning activities Contribute to the process improvement and/or cost reduction project initiatives of the Operations Planning Group Ensure alignment of long-range plan with sales volume growth targets, supply chain optimization plans, and strategic directions

Qualifications:
1. Graduate of 4 year busines management courses, industrial engineering, economics, statistics or mathematics
2. Experience in planning is an advantage
3. Abover average computer skills
4. Above average communication skills both oral and written
