岗位职责：

需求分析与技术方案设计

基于供应链业务，进行需求调研，设计并推动技术方案POC验证和实施。负责构建基于 LLM 的 AI 应用，探索创新解决方案。

Prompt 工程与调优

设计、开发和优化 Prompt 提示，进行效果分析，提升 AI 应答的准确性和性能。

模型开发与应用

进行基于 LLM 的应用开发，特别聚焦于各类文档的处理，比如txt, word, ppt, pdf, html, 图片等。开展概念验证（POC），利用 LLM 技术满足业务需求，并完成交付。

交付与沟通

与供应链和其他部门密切合作，整合用户反馈，持续改进解决方案和用户体验。编写用户手册，提供必要的技术指导，支持团队成员及最终用户。

任职要求：

教育背景

计算机科学、人工智能、机器学习等相关专业本科及以上学历。

工作经验

5-10年以上相关工作经验，至少1年生成式大模型 Prompt、RAG 及数据应用方面的项目实践经验。具备端到端的大模型应用开发经验，熟悉多模态大模型的实际开发经验，对Agent 引擎、知识库、RAG 等技术有一定了解。

技能要求

精通 Python 编程语言，熟练使用一种或多种相关框架和库（如 Streamlit、Gradio、pandasAI 等）。深入理解 Prompt 工程，能够运用常见的优化策略（如 CoT、Few-shot 等）进行问题解决。熟悉并能够应用一种或多种 LLM 相关的技术框架，如 Langchain、LlamaIndex、LangGraph、Pipeline 等，以支持智能体开发和检索增强生成（RAG）相关的应用。了解大模型训练和微调，熟悉向量数据库。英语口语流利，能够作为工作语言进行沟通。

思维与能力

具备数据驱动的决策能力和独立思考问题的能力。拥有良好的跨部门沟通能力，能够与团队成员和非技术背景的同事有效合作。具备一定的项目管理能力，能够制定POC项目计划并实施。

个人特质
