THE WORK
As a Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the design, production, and delivery of LM-CORE™ digital test stations. You’ll lead cross-functional teams and work closely with internal Lockheed Martin business units to ensure the successful execution of ATE programs. Your primary focus will be on maintaining cost, schedule, and technical performance through each program delivery cycle while also supporting strategic growth initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing contract negotiations, scope changes, and change proposals.
Driving strategic growth aligned with the Long Range Plan (LRP), including new business capture and proposal management.
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure contract execution and future planning efforts.

You bring strong business acumen and experience in Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS), contract negotiations, performance metrics, and product growth strategy management.
In addition, you have:
Experience with AGILE planning, including backlog management and working knowledge of JIRA.
A collaborative mindset with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering results in complex technical environments.

Basic Qualifications:
• Proven program management experience that has demonstrated business acumen to include experience in EVMS, negotiations, performance metrics, and product growth strategy management
• Experience with software development and AGILE planning. Knowledge using JIRA and establishing backlog plans
• Ability to partner with peers across Lockheed Martin Business Units
• Strong Communication and Presentation Skills
• Relevant Operations, Manufacturing and Supply Chain knowledge and capabilities
• Experience defining strategy and examining new business markets
•Demonstrated proposal management experience
• Risk and opportunity management
• Ability to effectively manage a diverse cross functional team which includes both LM employees as well as subcontractors
• Ability to travel (Domestic and International)
Desired Skills:
• Automated Test Equipment programmatic experience
• Program Management Level 2 certified or Higher
• Experience working with international customers

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
