Job Description
The responsibilities for this role include configuring courses, generating reports, developing certifications, designing learning paths and curricula, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to enhance the learning experience. This position requires robust technical and communication skills, superb customer service orientation, and strong collaboration skills.
ResponsibilitiesCreating and updating courses in the LMS, registering learners, and consulting with learning Program Leads.Maintaining courses through their lifecycle and updating and archiving as necessary.Creating and designing learning materials.Managing LMS user access and ensuring that users have the right access and roles.Creating and maintaining job aids, templates, and documents for other LMS users and super users.Creating and managing LMS reports for various stakeholder groups.Troubleshooting issues in the LMS and escalating as appropriate.Supporting in LMS feature releases and updates.Educating and supporting people managers to use the Manager Functionality in the LMS.Managing the team inbox to respond to customer inquiries by answering or escalating to the right program lead.Managing pre and post-class communications, monitoring class attendance, and tracking course completions in the LMS.Essential SkillsBA/BS degree or practical experience1-2 years of Learning Management System Administration experience, preferably with Absorb LMS and/or CompliancewireExperience with Articulate Storyline or other e-learning authoring toolsStrong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skillsStrong customer service orientationStrong collaboration skillsPassion for trying, learning, improving, and sharing best practicesProactive team member with excellent attention to detailAbility to balance competing prioritiesAdditional Skills & QualificationsLMS data coordination and administrative skillsData reconciliation experienceInstructional design experience, including creating content and training programs using an authoring toolModerate knowledge of Excel, including VLOOKUP, creating Pivot tables, creating graphs, and sorting/organizing informationData entry and triage skillsWork Environment
This is primarily an onsite role, requiring a minimum of three days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. The team supports the Quality University program and consists of five team members.
