We are seeking an experienced LMS Administrator to join our team. The role involves configuring courses, generating reports, developing certifications, designing learning paths and curricula, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to enhance the learning experience. This position requires robust technical and communication skills, superb customer service orientation, and strong collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
+ Create and update courses in the LMS, register learners, and consult with learning Program Leads.
+ Maintain courses through their lifecycle, including updating and archiving as necessary.
+ Create and design learning materials.
+ Manage LMS user access, monitor system users, and ensure that users have the correct access and roles.
+ Create and maintain job aids, templates, and documents for other LMS users and super users.
+ Create and manage LMS reports for various stakeholder groups.
+ Troubleshoot issues in the LMS and escalate as appropriate.
+ Support LMS feature releases and updates.
+ Educate and support people managers to use the Manager Functionality in the LMS.
+ Manage the team inbox to respond to customer inquiries by answering or escalating to the right program lead.
+ Manage pre and post-class communications, and track class attendance and course completions in the LMS.
Essential Skills
+ 1-2 years of Learning Management System Administration experience, preferably with Absorb LMS and/or Compliancewire.
+ Experience with Articulate Storyline or other e-learning authoring tools.
+ Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
+ Strong customer service orientation.
+ Strong collaboration skills.
+ Passion for trying, learning, improving, and sharing best practices.
+ Proactive team member with excellent attention to detail.
+ Ability to balance competing priorities.
+ Moderate knowledge of Excel, including VLOOKUP, creating pivot tables, graphs, sorting, and organizing information.
+ Experience in LMS data coordination, administrative tasks, and data reconciliation.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ Instructional design experience, including creating content and training programs using an authoring tool.
+ Demonstrated proper spoken and written grammar.
Work Environment
This is primarily an onsite role requiring a minimum of three days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. The team supports the Quality University program and consists of five members. This is a long-term position planned for five years to support the LMS.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00
