As a LMS Learning Specialist within our Instructional Design and Technology, you’ll be responsible to support both the Learning Management System (LMS) & Learning partnering and training delivery activities across the M&S organization in Toronto.

Your job, as LMS Learning Specialist within our Instructional Design and Technology, will be responsible for supporting activities including the maintenance of the LMS system which contains all training data, collected under guidance and in accordance with current GMP requirements.

Main responsibilities:

Ensures accurate and detailed training records and reports are maintained.

Executes periodic audits to ensure iLearn data accuracy.

Authors departmental and site Quality Documents regarding training, based on input from Manager, Learning Management systems.

Assists in the review, maintenance and implementation of on-the-job training plans and Individual Training Plans (ITP) in accordance with employee/department responsibilities and regulatory compliance requirements.

Partners with SMEs, Training/LMS Managers, and the Training Content Development team.

About you

Degree in HR (preferably) with 1-3 years of experience in learning, HR, Talent, comparable or equivalent experience

Minimum 1 year experience in facilitating / delivering learning solutions with strong facilitation skills and comprehension of adult learning principles.

Minimum 1 year experience working in a Learning Management system, preferably iLearn.

Minimum 1 year experience in reporting and analyzing data

Detail oriented with strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
