SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator - Decatur, IL
Department: Human Resources/Training and Development
Reports To: Director of Learning Operations
Job Summary: The SuccessFactors LMS Administrator is responsible for the management and administration of the SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS). This role involves maintaining system integrity, managing course content, and ensuring a seamless learning experience for all users. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of learning management systems, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to system improvements.
Key Responsibilities:System Administration:Administer and maintain the SuccessFactors LMS, ensuring it is up-to-date, secure, and accessible.Manage user accounts, permissions, and roles.Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in collaboration with IT and SuccessFactors support teams.Content Management:Upload, test, and manage learning content, courses, and other educational materials.Work with content developers and trainers to design and improve course offerings.Ensure content complies with organizational standards and legal requirements.Reporting and Analytics:Generate and distribute regular reports on course participation, completion rates, and other key metrics.Analyze data to identify trends and support decision-making for learning strategies.User Support:Provide technical support to users, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to the LMS.Develop and deliver training sessions and materials to help users effectively navigate the system.System Optimization:Identify opportunities for system improvements and enhancements.Test new features and functionality as they are released, ensuring they meet organizational needs.Compliance and Documentation:Maintain thorough documentation of system processes and procedures.Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and organizational policies.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.5 years experience as an SuccessFactors LMS administrator.Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with LMS platforms and technology.Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.Excited about this role but don’t think you meet every requirement listed?
