LMS Systems Content & Data Specialist

Responsibilities What You'll Do + The Learning Management System (LMS), Content and Data Specialist function involves collecting, organizing, and analyzing data related to learning and training programs within V2X, to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and inform future learning initiatives, often utilizing data management systems to ensure accurate and accessible information for decision-making. Subject matter expert on LMS/HRMS functionality (currently Cornerstone and UKG). The successful incumbent is responsible for designing, conducting, and analyzing surveys to gather data and insights on various topics, such as customer satisfaction, employee engagement, market trends, and employee feedback. Key Responsibilities: + Utilizing data analysis tools to identify trends, patterns, and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to learning outcomes, learner engagement, and program effectiveness. + Creating visual dashboards and reports to present data insights to stakeholders, including training managers, leadership, and subject matter experts. + Administrator role in learning management and performance management systems, including user access, content updates, and system configuration. + Excellent customer service skills and LMS/HRMS troubleshooting skills, helping learners troubleshoot issues they encounter within the systems. + Design and implement employee surveys to gather data on satisfaction, engagement, and other key metrics + Present findings and recommendations to management with clear, actionable insights. + Ensure data privacy and confidentiality standards are met throughout the survey process. + Understanding statistical concepts to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions + Ability to create compelling visual representations of data to communicate insights effectively. + Identifying issues within data and developing solutions to improve data quality and analysis. + Clearly presenting data insights to various audiences, including technical and non-technical stakeholders. + System administrator for employee performance review setup and troubleshooting + Ability to manage multiple data analysis projects simultaneously + Perform other related duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Education: One-year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required. + Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Statistics, or a related field Experience: + Five (5) years' relevant experience + Minimum (2) years' experience with data analysis + Previous experience interacting professionally with a diverse group of customers, managers, and subject matter experts Other requirements: + U.S. Citizenship required Skills & Technology Used: + Proficiency in Data Analysis Software + Advanced skills in MS Excel + Understanding of Database systems and data reporting + Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy + Microsoft Office Suite 365 + LMS and HRMS systems (currently Cornerstone and UKG) What We Bring + At V2X we strive to be market competitive in our total reward offerings. + The successful candidate’s starting pay will be based on, but not limited to, their job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. + The following salary range is intended to display the value of the company’s base pay compensation and may be modified at the discretion of the company. + USD $65,000 - 95,000 + Provided salary range minimum and maximum values correspond to variances between regional/geographic locations across the United States. + Please speak with a recruiter for additional information. + Employee benefits include the following: + Healthcare coverage + Retirement plan + Life insurance, AD&D, and disability benefits + Wellness programs + Paid time off, including holidays + Learning and Development resources + Employee assistance resources Pay and benefits are subject to change at any time and may be modified at the discretion of the company, consistent with the terms of any applicable compensation or benefit plans.
