LN - Clerk, Production Control - STAFF
**Objective:** The Production Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting and analyzing production data from various sources, including customer orders, work tickets, and production reports. This analysis will enable the calculation of key performance indicators such as production volume, material usage, defect rates, and labor productivity. The Analyst will develop and generate comprehensive reports on production performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement. Additionally, they will maintain accurate inventory records, coordinate with procurement to ensure timely supply of materials, and assist in creating and managing production schedules to optimize resource allocation. The Analyst will also monitor quality control metrics and identify opportunities for improvement. The Analyst will perform general administrative duties, such as filing, data entry, and recordkeeping. They will also collaborate with various departments, including trades, engineering, estimating, warehouse, and procurement, to support production operations. **Education:** A high school diploma is preferred. Must be fluent in English. **Licenses/Certifications:** None **Experience:** One year of experience working in an office setting is preferred. **Other Qualifications:** The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Microsoft Word, Maximo, and GFEBS, and excellent organizational and time management abilities.
