JOB SUMMARY
As Head of Amp F&B Operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the growth of Amphitheater food and beverage sales across the entire owned and operated enterprise. Adherence to all service standards that are represented through the culinary and beverage playbook. At all times focusing in on the impeccable fan experience that we have created. Overseeing the Amphitheater food and beverage team, this role will be pivotal in the day to day operations. The ideal candidate will be an experienced food and beverage professional with strong accounting and controllable experience also.
Detailed Responsibilities
Create a strong working relationship with all team members and partner concessionairesCollaborate with accounting and analytics teams to develop standard reporting procedures for food and beverage financialsBuild action plans for each venue to ensure that sales growth and fan experience is developingWork alongside each Regional Director to align on goals and expectations, setting the tone of professionalism at all timesPartner with Venue Management toexceed food hygiene standards in all areasPOS ratios are met for the tickets sold at each showsecurity measures are maintained to protect all involvedlocal alcohol sales regulations are met at all timesWork with Team IT to have the most robust POS operational standards to protect the integrity of the data collected and the fan payment methods.Collaborate with analytics team to develop action plans driving financial performance which would include but not limited to;Food Inventory & Cost ControlsBeverage Inventory & Cost ControlsLabor Planning and ControlsOperating Costs and ControlsWorking with the guest services team to monitor the valuable feedback from our fans, at all times maintaining the highest integrity to the hospitality experience.Evolvemnet of the programs to align with the fan segments and always building on the sales goals.Working with each Regional leader to continually refine and update location financial forecastsPartner with the Premium Services team to continually grow the experience and allow for continued alliance with the premium fanWork with legal to keep all business flowing per the terms of the concessionaire contract.Aligning with Sponsorship to make sure that all marketing deals are managed with the utmost of care and to the letter of the law.Here is the kind of Amphitheater Operator we are looking for:
Minimum ten years of experience in beverage concessions operations or similar hospitality sector and managementKnowledge of ABC and other applicable government department rules and regulations regarding alcoholic beverage salesIn-depth knowledge of beverage trendsExpertise in determining most profitable products and pricing strategyMust be highly organized, deadline-driven and able to multi-taskSufficient in problem-solving and able to stay calm and resourceful in high-stress environmentsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with personable and professional dispositionProficiency in POS systems, preferably atVenu, Shift4, Best Ring and BillfoldProficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsTravel will be integral to the success of this role and ability to be in venues for at least 50% of the year is a mustDesire to be creative and think outside the box to maximize revenueCore Competencies:
