THE JOB

Live Nation is looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to be a critical part of driving project management in the organization focusing on international touring. This role will be responsible for working with stakeholders and cross divisional partners to establish clear milestones and deliverables, to set timelines and a roadmap to delivery. This candidate will enable collaboration across teams, while establishing clear accountability and ensuring timely delivery of project deliverables. This individual will be a self-starter and see projects through to completion while also supporting one of the executives.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

Interface with internal and external stakeholders, vendors, and cross functional partners to define the execution of projectsAssist with the development of Project Schedules, incorporating dates and times for decisions, availability of deliverables needsExperience delivering programs of medium to high complexityBe a collaborative leader, capable of driving internal & external stakeholders to consensus while balancing projects needs with longer term relationship objectiveLead with confidence and with little supervisionBe able to build multiple decks for artist pitch presentations and extending contract offersAn innate ability to establish relationships and cultivate effective collaboration across wide groups of peopleAbility to run numerous concurrent projects, partner with multiple customers, and build consensusGreat communication that allows you to interact with a diverse set of partnersInterpret business challenges, create process mapping, analyze potential improvements, and translate these into best practices and solutionsMaintain the scheduling and calendaring 12 months in advance, complete expense reports, and take responsibility in the booking of travel and stay for the executive

SKILLS/COMPETENCIES

Bachelor's degree in sports/entertainment management, business or related field is preferred2-3 years of project management and live entertainment experienceProven ability to solve problems creativelyExperience seeing projects through the full life cycleStrong interpersonal skills and extremely resourcefulProven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timelineWorking knowledge of MS Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams), Slack and ConcurLive Nation’s policy regarding vaccinations and masking related to a pandemic or other infectious disease control measures, acts of God, health and safety mandates and/or restrictions imposed by applicable local, state or federal governments has evolved over time. The expected compensation for this position is:

$60,000.00 USD - $75,000.00 USD

** Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
