Job Descriptions: Foley Materials Company is seeking an experienced loader operator for our Tysonville Plant located in Shorter, AL. Competitive pay, quarterly production bonus What You Will Do: + Safely operate loader to transfer material from pit to haul trucks. + Grease loader daily + Perform daily inspection and preventive maintenance - tire pressure, oil, grease, diesel fuel, check hoses for leaks and all moving parts for proper and safe function + Other duties as required We are an Equal Opportunity Employer Comprehensive Benefits Package Includes; Medica, Dental, Vision, Life 401(k) with a match, PTO, Quarterly Production Bonus Required Experience: What You Will Need: + 1 year minimum experience in operation of a loader. + Must be able to stoop, bend, and lift heavy objects. + Ability to climb in and out of loader minimum 30 times per day, climb to 10 feet to clean loader, walk on uneven ground up to 100 yards. + Ability to read delivery tickets. + Ability to operate hand controls with both hands. + Ability to operate foot controls with both feet. + Ability to tolerate working outdoors in all environmental temperatures and weather. + must be able to use hand tools and grease gun. + Ability to work alone and as part of a team.
