Highlights of your role

Bring your organization skills to Marvin as a shipping and loader associate. You’ll ensure our trucks are shipping premium window and door orders to our customers so deliveries can be made accurately and on time. 

 

Schedule

Monday – Thursday shift options with possible overtime on Fridays:1st Shift: 5:30AM – 3:30PM Pay: $22.50 per hour2nd Shift: 3:30PM – 1:30AM Pay: $24.50 per hour ($22.50 + $2 differential rate)

Read, sort and process complete orders of Marvin windows and doorsEfficiently load products manually into trucks in an organized and safe mannerMonitor accuracy of products being scanned and loaded onto trucksOccasional use of forklift to move and deliver parts throughout the facilityDocument department data accurately and complete required paperworkTake responsibility for maintaining or repairing shipping carts and rackingUse a variety of tools and equipment such as power hand tools, scanners, and computersWork closely with your team and department supervisor to identify, prevent, or solve any mechanical or defective material issues You're a good fit if you have (or if you can) A high school diploma or GEDAbility to lift 80 pounds or more repetitively throughout your shiftPrevious forklift/industrial vehicle operation experienceThe ability to obtain and retain proper forklift/industrial vehicle license requirementsStrong communication skillsThe ability to work successfully with a diverse workforceA strong work ethic to work independently with accuracyBasic computer skills Also want to make sure you have Lift a range of different shaped objects weighing 10 lbs. to 80 lbs.Carry product ranging from 10 lbs. to 80 lbs. from one area to anotherPush and pull product that weighs up to 85 lbs.Bend, twist, stoop, and climbStand and walk on concrete We invite you to See Yourself at Marvin
