Job Details:

Starting Pay $17.90/hr

Position Summary: The Loader/Unloader Operator is responsible for the primary tasks of loading and unloading materials, as well as housekeeping duties. This role requires cross training on various job duties within the facility, ensuring a safe work environment, and adhering to Tyson Policies.

Job Responsibilities:

· Operate loaders and skid steers for production purposes.

· Operate rail car moving loaders for production purposes,

Load and unload rail cars.

Load and unload trucks.

Perform facility cleaning responsibilities.

Measure and manage inventory.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to climb, bend, and stoop for cleaning responsibilities.

Capability to work in both cold and hot conditions.

Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more.

Comfortable working at heights above twenty feet.

External Requirements:

Up to six months of experience in loading/unloading and machinery operation.

Basic computer skills.

Ability to work at heights as needed.

Ability to obtain and retain a PIT Certification.
