Job Description:
Primarily responsible for perfecting bank's Financial Booking. Responsible for accurate set-up and maintenance of billing schedules, pricing options,  and all other client record and indicative data. This role will be responsible for data accuracy and timely completion of the booking and funding process.

Responsibilities:

Perfects the bank’s system of record through accurate set-up and maintenance of billing schedules, pricing options, and all other client records and indicative dataPerforms administrative duties related to setting up new and/or modifying existing loans, maintains bookings on the systems of record, and identifies and enters data to provide data to modelers for loss risk forecastingManages the daily collateralized debt obligation suite and issue tracker reports to execute the daily loan closing processMaintains relationships with Relationship Administrators to ensure efficient and high quality loan processing 

Required Skills:

Knowledge of commercial loan documentation and loan accounting systemsExperience preparing real estate, UCC, or other collateral documentsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.  Ability to communicate professionally with internal and external clients.Well-organized and efficient; adept at multitasking in a fast paced environmentProficiency with Microsoft Office, with focus on Word and Excel
