Loan Operations Specialist -Asset Based Lending

As a Loan Operations Specialist within the Asset Based Lending team, you will be instrumental in maintaining a dynamic environment that meets client expectations and handles product complexities. Your main duty will be to uphold the highest standards of quality in our products and services, aligning with the objectives of Wholesale Lending Services. This role will involve you in processing new internal requests for client maintenance.

Job Responsibilities:

Respond to client/lender inquiries according to service level agreements while adhering to policy guidelines and controls Communicate with other departments within the bank (front office, middle office back office) as well as external contacts (Borrowers, other Banks, Trustees, etc) Update information and ensure the accuracy of customer data for regulatory reporting, including metrics reports Work with technology for system enhancements to consolidate customer data and business initiatives while participating in system testing, as needed, which may occur during non-business hours  Add or update system records as required to reflect legal documentation or customer requests

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

1+ years of experience reading and interpreting loan documentation  Strong analytical, problem solving and proven decision-making skills  Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize Ability to work independently within a team environment Excellent oral and written communications skills and strong interpersonal/client servicing skills Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Excel, Word and PowerPoint) Flexible to work some overtime is required

 Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Bachelor’s Degree 1+ years’ experience working with credit products such as revolving lines of credit, term loans, commercial cards, letters of credit 1+ years’ experience with loan accounting systems, such as LoanIQ 1+ years’ experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel

This is a hybrid role which requires going into the office 3 days a week with 2 days flexibility to work from home, which is subject to change. 

Final Job Grade and officer title will be determined at time of offer and may differ from this posting.
