Loan Origination Analyst - Dealer Services

As a Loan Origination Analyst within the Dealer Services (DS) team, you will be instrumental in providing wholesale financial solutions to Automobile Dealers across the United States. Our team, a recognized leader in wholesale financial solutions, is composed of six functional units: Client Service & Market Readiness, Floor Plan Audit, Floor Plan Operations, Loan Documentation, Loan Set-Up & Funding, and Quality Control. Your responsibilities will include the creation of Floorplan and Commercial documentation for the Dealer Services Group.

Job responsibilities:

Work with Credit Coordinators, Bankers, Underwriters, Compliance, internal and external legal counsel and outside vendors to complete the request. Perform documentation preparation and documentation review for existing customers and new prospects based on an established criteria.  Review and analyze the terms, conditions, and financial components in the approval documentation to create the required legal documents for loan transactions. Identify potential problems while offering solutions, analyze transaction type and identify, collect, review and distribute necessary due diligence items for loan closings. Meet service level expectations in addition to team, individual productivity and quality goals. 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial loan documentation preparation  Knowledge of risk management, collateral perfection, compliance and other related experience Detail Oriented- Understand the importance of urgency, seeks out and adapts to best practices; seeks constant improvement; energetic; positive outlook; and motivated by personal and departmental goals. Customer Service Oriented-Candidates are comfortable on the phone; excellent communication (written and verbal problem solving, strong analytical skills.  Interpersonal skills, possess a desire to own and resolve items; and pleasant and professional demeanor. Team Oriented-Readily shares information with peers and managers; can coach others; willing to assist wherever needed; works toward team success and goals. Organized person, eye for detail, and ability to manage priorities and deadlines effectively. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks, focus, be flexible, and willing to learn. Proficient in the use of Windows and Microsoft Office.
