Reviews Commercial credit application packages for adherence to credit policy and determination of appropriate due diligence necessary to ensure proper collateral position

Job Responsibilities: 

Reviews Commercial credit application packages for adherence to credit policy and determination of appropriate due diligence necessary to ensure proper collateral position Reviews approval to identify all the necessary requirements for post approval setup Reviews the following:  , business entity and organizational documents to include trust agreements, good standing of business entities, and UCC searches, as required. Coordinates documentation and loan closings with Business Relationship Manager (BRM). Prepares the custom loan and compliance documentation necessary to protect the bank's interest, as necessary

Required qualifications, skills and capabilities:

1 year Commercial loan experience  Basic knowledge of loan documentation, & perfection of collateral, laws and regulations affecting appropriate due diligence  Basic business process and procedure knowledge Able to act independently in a high volume environment. Excellent attention to detail, communication skills  College degree or equivalent work experience
