As a Loan Origination Specialist III within Wholesale Lending Services (WLS), you will coordinate activities between the market, the Underwriter, and WLS. You will gather and monitor financial information, reach out to Bankers and customers, and support various functions across multiple lines of business, providing a dynamic opportunity to enhance your skills in a fast-paced environment.

 

Job Responsibilities

Gather financial information required such as financial statements, accounts receivable agings, borrowing base certificates from customer or Banker.Utilize various internal systems to identify information needed and provide to the Underwriter.Monitor financial information if required.  Reach out to banker / underwriter or clients to resolve.Utilize work flow tools to monitor status of new deals, annual reviews, renewals until it is in the credit evaluation stage.Support ALL functions across Multiple Lines of Business in BB and MM: Middle Markets Specialized Industries Credit Prep (Annual Grade Review – GHHN(Government Healthcare Higher Education and Not for Profit) & CORE; New Deal – GHHN(Government Healthcare Higher Education and Not for Profit) & CORE; CAMP(Credit Agreement Monitoring Platform) Monitoring; Doc Intake). Business Banking Credit Prep: (Credit Service Center & Business Loan Center – Verification; Credit Service Center & Business Loan Center – Missing Info; Advanced Fraud Check; Credit Prep Email Support)

 

Required qualifications, skills and capabilities

College degree or equivalent experience.2 years of experience in a related analytical role is requiredGood verbal, written and organizational skills.Detail oriented with ability to multi task and prioritize and work in a team based environment.

 

Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities

Experience in a credit analysis or underwriting environment is preferred Knowledge of credit and commercial loan systems, preferred.
