Responsibilities and Tasks:

Process discharge requests in a timely and accurate manner Handle inquiries from solicitors, mortgage managers, and borrowers Respond to discharge-related calls and emails Send discharge instructions to panel solicitors and trustees Verify accuracy of processed requests and update operating system Monitor loan discharges and note information received from parties involved Meet daily SLAs, compliance, and quality standards Assist team members and other staff with settlement-related matters Provide payout figures upon approval confirmation Order security packets and loan agreements from trustees Post discharges-related payments and update masterlist Generate closing statements and send confirmation reports to Accounts
