Loan Processing Supervisor

A local, family-owned and operated bank group in the Flathead Valley is looking for a Loan Processing Supervisor to direct loan processing operations bank-wide. They are committed to creating an enjoyable and fulfilling work environment. This position includes the entire loan process from creating new loan documents to processing payments and creating loan files.

Essential Functions and Duties: Supervise loan processing operations to include coaching, disciplinary processes, and training Recommend staff coverage needs, working with HR participate in the interviewing and recruiting when needed Provide coaching and oversight to team members, conduct performance reviews, and develop salary recommendations Monitor loan pipeline and assign loans and other projects to team. Coordinate work schedules Assist with formulating standards and setting department goals Perform pre-closing reviews on all loans prior to closing Review and approve Real Estate Loan CD's Process loans to include: ensure completion of all documentation, loan calculations, book loans, prepare disbursements, perfect liens, scan loan files, process payments, advance requests, provide loan ratings, payoffs and account maintenance Process credit life and disability insurance documents Complete Freddie Mac reporting Perform quarterly collateral and safekeeping box audits
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field 5 years of previous lending experience Prior supervisory experience is preferred In-depth knowledge of all mortgage loan programs, documentation requirements, rate commitments and lending policies
