Job Description:At Regions, the Capital Markets Insurance Analyst handles all commercial property insurance job functions.
Primary Responsibilities
Conducts all servicing and insurance related transactions with a high level of accuracyReviews Insurance policies to confirm compliant coverage is in place based on investor’s insurance requirementsPerforms revision of insurance certificates, policies, statement of values and invoices to determine compliance with Investor guidelinesWorks with insurance agents/brokers and borrowers to rectify non-compliant coverage issuesDisburses escrow funds for timely payment of insurance premiumsPerforms annual insurance escrow analysisMonitors insurance premium funds for shortages and contact borrowers as appropriateBoards new loans into the servicing systemResearches and resolves insurance related borrower inquiriesIdentifies and communicates insurance related issues and trendsResearches insurance exception items within specified time framesThis position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.

Bachelor’s degree in related fieldTwo (2) years of insurance experiencePreferences
