Loan Servicing Manager III

Are you looking for a leadership position working with Auto Dealer floor plans?

 

As a Loan Servicing Manager within the Chase Dealer Services Tempe Floorplan Operations Department, you will be responsible for leading a regional team of Floorplan Operations Specialists. Your duties will include overseeing dealer floorplan loans, payments, and offset equity transactions. You will be tasked with monitoring and reporting on SLA metrics and regulatory requirements, promoting process efficiencies, and collaborating with various teams. Ensuring your team is audit-ready and developing talent through training and coaching will also be part of your role. Additionally, you will lead operations meetings and provide updates to senior management. Your role is pivotal in maintaining low-risk processes and achieving our performance goals.

Job Responsibilities:

Must be highly adaptable to change and have the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines. Lead a team of Floorplan Operations Specialists across three sites, ensuring monthly objectives are met across the team. Manage strategy across sites, ensuring consistency in how we manage the Floorplan Processing queues and driving messaging to our sales and credit partners. Ensure performance management, ensuring service levels and other metrics are met across the portfolio(s). Ensure collaboration across sites in order to meet performance goals around Quality Analysis and Control teams. Maintain open communication and work with other areas of the business (Credit Coordination, Documentation, Loan Setup & Funding, Credit, Sales, etc.) as needed.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

5+ years management experience, 10+ years banking experience or equivalent. Knowledge of commercial loan products, business loan sales, and underwriting processes. Excellent knowledge of laws and regulations affecting appropriate due diligence.  Project Management experience across multiple teams. Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and PC skills. Able to communicate well and work independently in a high volume fast paced environment. Proven ability to collaborate, build and lead effective, diverse teams. Strong organizational, time management, prioritization, and communication skills, both written and verbal. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong partnership and team building skills.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Floorplan experience preferred. Prior auto servicing, revolving credit line and/or account management experience. Money movement and/or wholesale floorplan system experience. Knowledge of deposit, treasury, and loan products/systems.
